BTW Open Atrium has some very nice usability aspects, but does have its problems, too. But it's an open source project powered by Drupal, so a side project could be to help OA rock as well. http://community.openatrium.com

Yes, http://project.designfordrupal.org/org/dashboard gives the best possible welcome page I could configure for the moment, IMO. thanks!

Just saw your post, Roy. Should we point folks to http://project.designfordrupal.org/org/dashboard ?

Sorry for the confusion. People get excited and start making noise. I tried to make the home page a bit more understandable: http://project.designfordrupal.org/

As it's all really fresh still, don't expect too much concrete actionable items just yet. But please do join if you're up for creating some order out of the well-intentioned chaos!

Even manually typing 'user/register' in the address bar results in redirection to the login screen, so they definitely blocked registration :P

I just clicked on Login and there was a reg link there - you're right though, it's gone now :/

hi Danny

really? where did you find the registration link? it doesn't seem to be there now.

yeah, I know there are a few posts saying that it's open, but I was just chatting about this on IRC and apparently it's not (or, perhaps, is no longer open)
Danny Traynor Comment by Danny Traynor on September 24, 2009 at 10:06am
Mortens post on http://groups.drupal.org/design-drupal says it's open to all as well.

Cheers
Dan
